SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. PROCESSING

Once we receive your order please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to process it (excluding national holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Orders placed after 5pm ET will begin processing the next business day. For example, orders placed on Friday at 7:30pm ET will begin processing the following Monday.

 

2. SHIPPING

We Ship all orders through USPS. You will be given a tracking number the moment we finishing processing your order. Please note that USPS will update your tracking number once USPS has received the package and it’s successfully processed through their system. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time please make your address is entered correctly with all relevant information. Avant Virtues is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.

 

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns/ exchanges are not processed until we receive the item at our headquarters. If an item doesn't work out for you, it can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used for another order.
